On our EU site prices include VAT. On our USA and worldwide site, prices are excluding tax and will not be added at checkout.

For customers outside of the EU, customs duties are charged according to the price/value of the purchased goods. Please check your country’s policy on customs duties before placing your order.

It is important to us at Carmakoma to ensure our website is a secure place to shop. To this ends, our entire website is SSL encrypted, which means that we treat your personal data with the highest security. When you are ready to pay for your order, we automatically redirect you to a secure server, and a small “secure server” icon will appear in your browser window. With Internet Explorer and Firefox this icon will appear with a padlock.


Delivery time

Delivery time is usually 1-4 working days for orders placed outside of Denmark. Your prod­ucts will be shipped via UPS.
As a private customer at, please be aware of the fact that you may be required to declare your purchased items, if you need them to be dispatched to countries outside of the European Union who have no signed business agreement with Denmark.

This claim is standard procedure for the consignment of goods to countries outside of the European Union who have not signed a business agreement with Denmark.
Remember to look into the customs clearance regulations of the country where you are having your items sent.  

During large sales or advertising campaigns and throughout the holiday season in December, extra delivery time may be needed. If you need to receive your order before a certain date, please email, and we will do our best to make sure that you will receive your order before this specified date.


Return & exchanges

In case you regret your purchase or the clothing you ordered does not fit, it is possible to return any item within 14 days of the date the product was received.

If you want to return goods to Carmakoma, it is VERY important to completely fill out the enclosed return form. If we receive a return package without information on which order it is or where it is from, we are unable to process the return case.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another size or product, return the original item to us and then order new items on our online store. This ensures the most efficient and effective handling of your order, and makes it less likely that the items you wish to exchange for sell out while we process your return. It is VERY important that you choose a shipping method that ensures the return package is delivered to our address.

As soon as we receive your return package, we will process your return case and refund your payment back to the account used for your online purchase. Items purchased using gift cards can also be returned, and the payment will be refunded onto the original gift card. We will refund you within 14 days, usually sooner. 

Your right to return no longer applies if the item is not returned in the same condition as received. If the sales value of the item has been reduced by your handling of the item, e.g. if the product lacks tags, has been damaged, smells of smoke or perfume, or if there are traces of make-up on the item, you may not receive a refund. You will be responsible for return shipment expenses.

Claims inspects all items before shipping. However, should you find a defect with one of our products, please contact us at info@carmako­ for help.

If we are not able to replace the product, your payment will be refund­ed within seven days. Additionally, we abide by the 24-month claim period in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. 


Online dispute resolution

If you wish to submit a claim about a dispute with, this can be done via the Online Dispute Resolution, governed by the Euro­pean Commission. Frequently asked questions

Can I pick up my order directly from your warehouse?

No, unfortunately that is not possible. Processing time is much faster when we send you the product.


When will you withdraw the money?

The money is withdrawn for payment when the order is ready to be shipped.


What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?

Contact your local delivery system for instructions. We recommend that you have the order sent to your work place so that someone will always be there to receive it.
