New to carmakoma.com? We sell luxurious plus size fashion wear for curvy girls and women. All the products in our shop can be bought here and now. All you have to do is find your favourite items and pick the right colour and size. Then you just click on the button ’Add to cart’.
By clicking ’Continue Shopping’ you can add more items to your cart following the same procedure. When you are ready to pay for your order, you click ’Proceed to Checkout’. Please keep your shipment address and credit card information ready for payment.
All prices include VAT.
As a buying costumer outside EU - Customs duty is charged on the price of the goods plus shipping costs and varies depending on the type of goods you buy. Please check out your country policy on custom duties, before placing your order.

You do not run any risks shopping at carmakoma.com. The transmission is approved by PBS (www.pbs.dk) which ensures the most secure transaction possible.
When you are ready to pay for your order, we automatically redirect you to a secure server, which is a secure zone. A small "Secure Server" icon will appear in your browser window. With Internet Explorer and Firefox this icon will appear as a padlock.
Shipment inside Denmark:
Shipment outside Denmark: 15.95 Euro (Europe) or 24 Euro (Overseas) shipment fee is added to your price.
Delivery time: 3-5 working days (outside Denmark). Your products will be shipped via UPS.
During large sales and in the month of December extra delivery time can occur. If you need your order before a certain date, please give notice in the ’comments’ field when you place your order. We will do our best to make sure that you will receive your order before this date.
Did you order the wrong size or did the product not meet your expectations?
In case you regret your purchase it is possible to return any item within 14 days of the date the product was received. Should you regret your purchase the product must stay unworn and the carmakoma label intact. It is very important that the product is returned in the same condition as received.
Return shipment expenses will be covered by you.
We will retransfer the money to your account within 7 days. Please enclose your name, invoice number and your request for a refund, preferably written on a copy of your invoice. When returning the product please inform us of your sort code (4 digits) and account number (7-10 digits) of the bank account to which the money should be transferred.
Returns received during sale will be exchanged to other sizes - In case of sold out items a voucher will be issued by mail.

We will accept your purchase by sending you the product. However, your purchase will only be accepted, if the prices and descriptions shown in the webshop are correct. Likewise your order will only be accepted if the product is in stock.
carmakoma.com inspects all items before shipping. May you find a defect on our product please return it and enclose a complaint. The product will be repaired or replaced by a new delivery within 7 days of the date the product was received.
If we are not able to replace the product, the paid amount will be refunded within 7 days. Additionally, we refer to the two year time limit for claims in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Yes. We will exchange your product for another. We don't repay on styles on reduced price.

Yes. You will automatically receive an order confirmation that you can use to track your order.
Can I pick up my order directly from your stock?
No. Unfortunately, that is not possible. The processing time is much faster when we send you the product.
When will you with draw the money?
The money is withdrawn when the order is ready for shipment.
Can you deliver my order to an agreed-upon place?
Yes, if you fill out an authorization with Post Danmark or GLS.
What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?
Contact your local delivery system for instructions. We recommend that you have the order sent to your work place so that someone will always be there to receive it.
Can I stop by to return or exchange a product?
No. All products must be sent to our address.
